Academic Fee

To study at the Faculty of Earth and Energy Technology, Trisakti University, each student is charged a tuition fee. The tuition fees charged to students consist of:

1. Fees for Indonesian Citizen Students
Indonesian citizen students entering the Faculty of Earth and Energy Technology, Trisakti University, will be charged a tuition fee consisting of:

Education Development Contribution (SPP)

This is charged once, upon enrollment as a student at the Faculty of Earth and Energy Technology, Trisakti University.

Practical Fee

This is paid once during the course of your time as a Trisakti University student for all practicum activities. This is paid upon enrollment as a student at the Faculty of Earth and Energy Technology, Trisakti University.

Educational Administration Fee (BPP) consists of:
Basic BPP. This is paid at the beginning of each semester, in a fixed amount.
Additional BPP. This is paid at the beginning of each semester, in an amount that corresponds to the number of credits taken.

The Basic Tuition Fee (BPP) and Additional Tuition Fee (BPP) per credit unit (SKS) for each student remain the same for 10 (ten) semesters, starting from the date of enrollment. The Basic Tuition Fee (BPP) and Additional Tuition Fee (BPP) for students entering their 11th (eleventh) semester will be adjusted to the Basic Tuition Fee (BPP) and Additional Tuition Fee (BPP) applicable to the most recent student intake.

VAT Fee:
Payable when students take a learning improvement program, which is held during the semester break.
The payment amount per credit unit depends on the respective intake.
A maximum of 8 credits (3 courses) can be taken.
Other fees include:
Student Activity Fund (paid annually)
Student Health Fund (paid each semester)
Jacket allowance (paid once upon enrollment at the Faculty of Earth and Energy Technology, Trisakti University)
Student ID Card Fee (paid once upon enrollment at Trisakti University)

Other fees determined by the Rector’s Decree or the Dean’s Decree of the faculty hosting the internship or field study.

Fees for Foreign Students

Education fees for foreign students consist of tuition fees, basic tuition fees, additional tuition fees, and practicum fees, which are double the amount applicable to Indonesian students. Tuition fees are equal to the 3rd-grade level.

Fees for Inactive Students

Students who are inactive without permission for academic leave or are suspended are charged the same tuition fees as active students. Meanwhile, inactive students who take academic leave before the mid-term exam period are granted a 50% reduction in the Basic Tuition Fee (BPP).

Fees for Students Extending the Final Project Period

Students who have completed all academic workloads other than the Final Project and are expected to complete their Final Project within three months (after the end of the semester) will be charged the full Basic Tuition Fee and an Additional Tuition Fee equal to the Final Project credit load. Tuition fees are paid through BNI 1946 Bank using the following procedures:

Made according to the specified schedule.
Students collect a payment slip from the General Administration and Finance sub-section of the Faculty of Engineering (FTKE) and then pay it to the bank.
Students submit proof of payment from the bank to the General Administration and Finance sub-section of the Faculty of Engineering (FTKE).
Students who do not submit this proof of payment are considered to have not made payment.
