TRANSFER OF THE POSITIONS OF VICE DEANS, DEPARTMENT CHAIRMANS AND DEPARTMENT SECRETARYOF THE POSITIONS OF VICE DEANS, DEPARTMENT CHAIRMANS AND DEPARTMENT SECRETARY

On Friday, September 3, 2021, FTKE USAKTI held a handover event for the Vice Deans, Heads of Departments/Prodi and Secretary of Departments/Prodi. The event was held in a hybrid manner in accordance with health protocols through the Zoom application and took place in the Lobby of Building D Floor 5, FTKE Usakti.

Based on the Rector's Decree:

1. No. 718/Usakti/SKR/VIII/2021 concerning the Release and Appointment of Deputy Dean I, Deputy Dean II, Deputy Dean III, and Deputy Dean IV FTKE Usakti.

2. No. 723/USAKTI/SKR/VIII/2021 concerning the Liberation, Appointment and Re-appointment of Academic Structural Officials of the Department of Petroleum Engineering FTKE Usakti: Head of the Department of Petroleum Engineering, Head of Study Program and Secretary of the Master of Petroleum Engineering Study Program

3. No. 706/USAKTI/SKR/VIII/2021 concerning the Release and Re-appointment of Academic Structural Officials of the Geological Engineering Department, FTKE Usakti: Head of the Study Program and Secretary of the Geological Engineering Study Program, FTKE Usakti

then FTKE Usakti held an inauguration and handover of the positions of Deputy Deans, Heads of Departments/Study Programs and Secretary of Departments/Study Programs for the period 2021-2026, on Friday, September 2, 2021,

The following are the inaugurated Vice Deans, Heads of Departments, and Secretary of Departments within the FTKE Usakti:

1. Deputy Dean I handover from the old official, Dr. Ir. Fajar Hendrasto, Geoth. M.T. to the new official, Dr. Suryo Prakoso, S.T., M.T

2. Deputy Dean II handover from the old official, Dr. Ir. Masagus Ahmad Azizi, S.T., M.T. HDI. to the new official Ir. Dewi Syavitri, M.Sc., Ph.D

3. Deputy Dean III handover from the old official Ir. Lilik Zabidi, M.S. to the new official Ir. Bayu Satiyawira, M.Sc.

4. Deputy Dean IV handover from the old official Dr. Suryo Prakoso, S.T., M.T to the new official Dr. Pantjanita Novi Hartami, S.T. M.T. HDI

5. Head of Department/Bachelor of Petroleum Engineering with the new official Ir. Onnie Ridaliani, M.T.

6. Secretary of the Department/Bachelor of Petroleum Engineering Study Program handover from the old official Ir. Onnie Ridaliani, M.T. to the new officers of Samsol, S.T., M.T.


7. Head of the Geological Engineering Department/Bachelor Study Program, the handover from the old official, Ir. Dewi Syavitri, M.Sc., Ph.D. to the new officer Dr. Suherman Dwi Nuryana, S.T., M.T.

8. Secretary of the Department/Bachelor of Geological Engineering is re-appointed Mohammad Apriniyadi, S.Si., M.Sc.

9. The head of the Petroleum Engineering Masters Study Program is re-appointed Ir. Muhammad Taufiq Fathaddin, M.S., PhD.

10. Secretary of the Petroleum Engineering Masters Study Program with the new official Dr. Ir. Rini Setiati, M.T., IPM

The inauguration was carried out by the Dean of FTKE Trisakti University, Dr. Ir. Muhammad Burhannudinnur, M.Sc, IPM in front of the guests and continued with the signing of the manuscript and the minutes of the handover of positions.

In the Dean's remarks, he expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the old officials and congratulated the new officials and thanked the invitees and committee members who had attended both offline and online.

The Dean also conveyed a message to new officials that the provisions and achievements that had been left behind by previous officials could be carried forward with new enthusiasm and energy by the new leaders, of course with the productive fast-paced method (CECEP) so that FTKE becomes advanced, reliable, qualified and of international standard to build the life of the nation and the state.

The event ended with congratulations to the new officials and thanks to the old officials for their dedication and service during their tenure. Then the event continued with a photo with the invitees who were present.
