The event was opened by the Dean of FTKE Usakti, Dr. Ir. Muhammad Burhannudinnur, M.Sc., IPM.

The participants who attended were 16 participants: Dean of FTKE Usakti, Deputy Dean I of FTKE Usakti, Deputy Dean II of FTKE Usakti, Heads. Usakti FTKE Study Program, Permanent Lecturers and Non-Permanent Lecturers of FTKE Usakti.
There are 13 permanent and non-permanent lecturers whose term of office has ended.
There were 13 permanent and non-permanent lecturers who attended the event and 4 people were unable to attend.

In his speech, the Dean of FTKE Usakti, Dr. Ir. Muhammad Burhannudinnur, M.S., IPM, expressed his gratitude to the Permanent Lecturers and Non-Permanent Lecturers who have served while at FTKE Usakti, helped build the progress of Trisakti University in general and FTKE Usakti in particular.
